Payment Policy For Instructor

Our platform offers two methods for processing payments for driving lessons. Please review and understand the terms associated with each payment method:

1. Payment via the Licence Payment Gateway into the Platform’s Bank Account

  • When a client pays through our payment gateway, the funds will be directed to The Licence (platform’s) bank account.

  • The Licence will then transfer the payment to the respective instructor after deducting a Platform Fee.

  • The Platform Fee supports promotional efforts, including social media ads (e.g., Facebook and Instagram) to increase visibility and attract more clients.

  • Payment distribution to instructors will occur within a specified period (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly), as outlined in our instructor terms and conditions.

2. Payment via the Licence Payment Gateway Directly to the Instructor’s Account

  • Instructors may choose to receive payments directly to their bank account for learners booked through the instructor’s private link. The Licence provides an option to transfer these funds directly to the instructor’s account.

  • In this case, the instructor is responsible for fulfilling the service and managing the booking per The Licence’s terms and conditions.
