Gift vouchers are valid for 18 months from the original purchase date. All lessons must be booked and completed within this timeframe, as unused vouchers will expire once the validity period ends.
Gift cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the learner to whom they are issued.
Checking Your Gift Card Balance
• The Licence Gift Card is valid only for booking driving lessons on www.thelicence.com.au.
• When a gift card is issued, its value is displayed to the recipient.
• A learner account is created automatically once a booking is initiated. The gift card balance is stored in the wallet.
Booking Process:
1. Visit www.thelicence.com.au
2. Enter your postcode
3. Select a driving instructor
4. Choose a lesson date and time (Can skip this step)
5. Provide pickup details
6. At checkout, enter the gift card code and click Apply. The balance will be displayed.
Balance Information:
• Any remaining balance will remain in the wallet for future use.
• If the lesson cost exceeds the gift card balance, an additional payment will be required.
